I missed the Induction Session. Can I still participate?

Yes. A recording of the session has been sent to all participants.

I am a Team Reserve. Can I still come on the day?

Unfortunately, we do not have enough space for all reserves to attend. You will be prioritised as a full Team Member next year.

Can we use corporate templates on the day?

No. You will not have internet access on the day and we do not want you to use templates. We are interested in your creative thinking skills and how you approach complex challenges as a team of six unique individuals.

Can we use AI on the day?

No. You will not have internet access on the day and we are interested in your creative thinking skills and how you approach complex challenges as a team of six unique individuals. That said, simple editing software can be used, such as a spell checker.

Can I invite my supervisor or bring a guest?

Unfortunately, there is not enough space at the venue for everyone to bring a guest. You will be supported by your Coach and Senior Executives from your organisation.

Is this a competition?

No, while the energy on the day may make it feel like it (in a fun way!), this is not a competition. We are not there to judge you, but rather to support your learning and development.

Where will Showcase Day be held?

Showcase Day will be held at a central location on the outskirts of the CBD. There will be free parking, and participants are encouraged to car pool. The venue details will be sent to all registered participants.
